Important Dates

  • Walk-in Interview: 18 December 2025 (Thursday), from 11:00 AM.
  • Registration/Reporting time: Registration starts at 11:00 AM on 18.12.2025; candidates appearing after 12:00 noon will not be allowed for registration.
  • Notification / Memo date: 05.12.2025 (as per official notice).

General Instructions

  1. Bring the duly filled application form and all original documents for verification plus self-attested photocopies (ID proof, age proof, mark sheets, professional registration certificates, caste certificate if applicable, experience certificates, passport-size photograph etc.).
  2. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates called for the interview / test.
  3. Selection will follow the scoring criteria described in the official notice (academic marks, experience marks, computer knowledge where applicable).
  4. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications (and separate drafts if fee is required) for each post.
  5. Candidates must carry valid original ID at the time of interview. Those arriving after the registration cut-off (12:00 noon) will not be registered.
  6. For specific posts (like Community Health Assistant), residence/permanent residency in West Bengal and knowledge of local language is required as per the notice.
  7. The recruitment authority reserves the right to cancel/modify vacancy or reject candidature at any stage.

How to Apply
